NEWS AND INFORMATION
MILLENNIUM WALL HANGING: It is 25 years since the completion of our Millennium Wall Hanging, designed and embroidered by ladies from St Winefride’s
parish and several local churches. To mark the anniversary the information booklet has been reprinted and there is a display in the parish rooms which tells the story behind the project and how it was created.
PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL: Our next meeting is on Tuesday 11 November at 7.30pm in the parish rooms.
THE PRAYER GROUP are meeting at 7pm on Monday, Nov 10th, in the church hall. All welcome.
CHILDREN’S LITURGY: Volunteers are needed to guide and inspire our youngest parishioners during Sunday Mass. If you enjoy working with children
and sharing stories from the Gospel, we would love to have you join our team! Full training and support will be provided. Contact Christel Casse, Lay Pastoral Assistant: christelcasse.stvincents@outlook.com

REFLECTION: Make Space for God by Christel Casse. In this Sunday’s Gospel,
Jesus drives the money changers out of the Temple, reminding us that God’s house is a place of prayer, not profit. His passionate defence of the sacred space challenges us to look inward: how do we keep our own “inner temple,” our hearts open and pure for
God’s presence? As we move through our daily routines, it’s easy for clutter to build up; worries, distractions, or habits that draw us away from prayer. Jesus’ cleansing of the Temple invites us to let Him gently clear away whatever keeps us from truly welcoming
Him in.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION is available during Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and after weekday Mass.
