NEWS AND INFORMATION
CHILDREN’S CATECHETICAL CLASSES: We hope to be able to begin these in the near future. This is a vital support to parents in educating their children in the Faith We are very grateful to those who have helped in the past and would
be delighted if you could help again. We would also welcome any new volunteers. If you can help, please contact Fr David or Anne Mottershead.
COFFEE MORNING: A reminder that Tea and Coffee are served after 9.15am Mass each Thursday. Everyone is welcome and any proceeds go to support local charities.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION: is available during Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament on Tuesdays and after any weekday Mass or by appointment at any convenient time.
ENQUIRY GROUP: Are you interested in becoming a Catholic or would like to learn more about your faith? This group will meet each Thursday, beginning 26 October at 7pm in the Church Hall at St Vincent’s where we will share our own
faith and support those who are wanting to become Catholics. If you would like more information, please speak to Fr David.
QUIZ NIGHT: Friday 20 November at 7.30pm in St Vincent’s Hall. All are welcome. Bring your own drinks and nibbles.
FAMILY FAST DAY: Friday of this week is Family Fast Day when we are encouraged to cut back on what we eat and give the money we save to CAFOD to support the poor of the world. Envelopes are available and they will be collected next
weekend.
