NEWS AND INFORMATION
FUTURE MASS TIMES: As most of you will be aware Fr Tony was poorly while I was away. After much reflection we have agreed that he should no longer be committed to celebrating a public Mass on Sundays. This means that our Mass times
will have to be adjusted so that I can cover all the Masses. Sheets are available on which I ask you to state your preference for the new Mass times.
These must be returned by 19 November and the new arrangements will begin on Sunday 3 December, the First Sunday in Advent. Please keep Fr Tony in your thoughts and prayers.
COFFEE MORNING: A reminder that Tea and Coffee are served after 9.15am Mass each Thursday. Everyone is welcome and any proceeds go to support local charities.
ENQUIRY GROUP: Are you interested in becoming a Catholic or would like to learn more about your faith? This group will meet each Thursday, beginning 26 October at 7pm in the Church Hall at St Vincent’s where we will share our own
faith and support those who are wanting to become Catholics. If you would like more information, please speak to Fr David.
MONTH OF THE HOLY SOULS: During the month of November, we traditionally remember all our loved ones who have died. Please hand in your lists of those you would like included in our November Souls list together with any donation you
would like to make. Masses will be offered throughout November for all those on our November Souls List.
DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING: We have all been horrified by the horrific events in the Holy Land and the ongoing war in Ukraine. Pope Francis has invited the whole world to join him in a day of Prayer and Fasting for peace this Friday,
27 October.
