HOLY COMMUNION UNDER BOTH KINDS: Until the Covid Pandemic it was normal to offer Holy Communion under both kinds that is the Sacred Host and from the Chalice. I propose that we will re-introduce
this from today. No one should feel under any obligation to receive from the chalice it is simply offered for those who would like. Whilst to receive under both kinds is a fuller sign, the Church teaches that we receive the Lord body, blood, soul and divinity
under either form.

PARISH HANDBOOK: At our recent Parish Day it was asked that we produce a Parish Handbook with details of all Parish Groups and their contact details. Would a member of each parish group and activity
please send details of when you meet, a description of what you do and contact details to Mike Caine email

MISSIO RED BOXES: The contents of these are due to be collected. Please return your boxes as soon as possible to the sacristy. Many thanks.

THE ENQUIRY GROUP: Our next meeting will be this Thursday 5 December at 7pm in the church hall at Knutsford. We would welcome any parishioners who would like to reflect more on their own faith and support those who are enquiring.

ADVENT TALKS ON THE WORD OF GOD at Holy Angels Hales Barns each Wednesday in December at 7pm. Our own Fr David Irwin will give the talk on 18 December. See poster for full details.

A SERVICE OF PENANCE AND RECONCILIATION in preparation for Christmas on Tuesday, 17 December at 6.15pm. There will be readings and prayers with an extended period of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament followed by our evening Mass.

PLEASE PRAY Anthony Wernham who has died and whose funeral service will be at St Winefride’s on 10 December at 10.30am.

CHRISTMAS MASSES: There will be a Vigil Mass at 7pm preceded by a Vigil of Readings at Carols at 6.30pm on Christmas Eve and Mass at 9am on Christmas morning here at Lymm.
There will be a Vigil Mass at 5pm and Midnight Mass at 9pm on Christmas Eve and Mass at 11am on Christmas morning in Knutsford.

A NEW BAPTISMAL FONT AND VOTIVE CANDLE STAND have been ordered for Church and hopefully will arrive shortly.
