NEWS AND INFORMATION

PROGRESS WITH WORKS:
We hope you like the new fence and gates around the church site. The plan is to keep the gates closed (not locked) between services to discourage parking from outsiders. New lights have been installed
inside and outside church and in the parish rooms. We will decorate the church in early September. The garden area down the side of the church will be dug over and replanted over the next couple of weeks.

THE PARISH DAY: Please remember to complete and return your “Joys and Sorrows Sheets”. We are anxious to get a real sense of what your priorities
are for our parish, so Your thoughts and feelings are so important as we come together to plan for the future life and mission of our parish. We have extended the date for you to return the sheets to 11 August.

THANKS FROM THE SVP for the £126 from the Quiz Night.

THE PRAYER GROUP will meet this Monday, 29 July at 7pm in the Parish Rooms; all are welcome. There will be no meeting in August.

SATURDAY MUSIC GROUP: We will be taking a break during August. Any new members would be warmly welcomed so if there are any musicians: keyboard,
strings, woodwind, percussion or any singers who would like to join us in September, you will be warmly welcomed. Fr David adds: we thank the Music Group for the wonderful way they enhance our Saturday evening Masses and for their commitment and dedication.

THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION is available each Tuesday during Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
