CHURCHES TOGETHER IN LYMM AMOR CHARITY: the “Amor” charity initiative: – making, donating and transporting pads for girls and women in Africa,
who can’t afford, or even access pads, hence missing school and work for several days every month. St John’s, The Avenue, High Legh WA16 6ND, are hosting a Pad making session this Sunday 27th April at 1.30 p.m. Easy tasks, e.g. just cutting out the provided
material from a simple template, are a huge help for this large-scale project. Please do roll up if you are available. I’m sure men can wield a pair of scissors just as well as the ladies! … Andrea can tell you more on 01925 754957 and report prospective numbers
to Rev Clare Leal at St John’s. Thank you.
